请教.....

<P>当我看到身边地流浪狗时...总是很想帮助它们...但是我又不知道该怎么做...想拿东西给它们吃...总害怕它们会误以为我有敌意...要攻击我...没法帮到它们...总觉得很内疚...</P><P>请问我能做什么???</P>
